About OdooBro

One post a day about Odoo. No pitch. No popup. Display ads pay the hosting.

Why this exists

Most writing about Odoo online is either a vendor pitch, a thin SEO page, or a forum thread from 2018 about a version that no longer exists. If you're trying to decide whether Odoo is right for you, figure out why a specific workflow feels broken, or debug a module at 1am, the web is surprisingly unhelpful.

OdooBro is a small attempt to fix that. One honest, useful post a day, across three tracks — for business owners considering Odoo, users working inside it, and developers extending it.

Who writes it

A human, with help from an assistant. Every post is reviewed before publication. If something reads off, email me — hello@odoobro.com — and I'll fix it.

How the site makes money

Google AdSense. Display ads from Google's ad network help cover hosting. There are no sponsored posts, no affiliate links, and no paid placements in the writing. The ad network may set cookies — there's a banner at the bottom of the page to accept or decline. If you email me about a consulting project, I'm happy to talk. But nothing in the posts is designed to push you there.

On "OdooBro" the name

Odoo is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. This site is an independent journal about Odoo, not affiliated with Odoo S.A. All Odoo branding, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their owners.
